Troubleshoot ASP.NET Core on Azure App Service and IIS and Common error troubleshooting for Azure App Service and IIS with ASP.NET Core should be refactored. The first topic will be Tools and processes to Troubleshoot ASP.NET Core on Azure App Service and IIS and the 2nd topic can stay the same, Common error troubleshooting for Azure App Service and IIS with ASP.NET Core

All the specific errors in the first topic will move to the 2nd topic.
