Test suite fails with new django and oauthlib

Multiple tests fail when using latest django and oauthlib. I couldn't find any open issue about this and not sure which parts break because of which upgrade. Everything seems to run correctly with at least django==2.0.13 and oauthlib==3.0.1 while upgrading either breaks some of the tests (I'll update this description once I collect more info)
