Doesn't work with VSCode debugger

Hi! I found bug with debugger. When debugger is enabled, postcss runner process returns message 'Debugger attached.Waiting for the debugger to disconnect...', which is recognized as an error

I guess the fix will not be too big. Maybe I'll just fix it and do a PR
