Handle deprecation of bitnami images

As of bitnami/containers#83267, starting today, bitnami images are moved to a 'bitnamilegacy' namespace, and new images are created in 'bitnamisecure'.

We need to switch to this new namespace.

I have read it twice now. It sounds like a paid offering. But it seems like they are really free. In that case, let us try to switch.

Okay I have read it again, and now it becomes clear. While the bitnamisecure catalog does offer a postgres image, it only provides latest as a tag. Since working with postgres we often see the need to work with older versions than the latest major, I am reluctant to switch over there. In general I do see three options

1. Switch to bitnamisecure and drop support for all tags (also only support latest)
2. Switch to another base image, probably the official postgres image will be fine.
3. Archive this repository

I am leaning towards 2. I am not currently using this image in any of my own work, although I am still confident that it serves a purpose and might need it again in the future ;)
