Walkthrough

This pull request updates the dependency specifications in multiple Cargo.toml files by changing the version constraint for the bincode crate from a loose format (range, caret, or simple string) to an exact version ("=2.0.0-rc.3"). In one package, a new dependency (bincode_derive) is added, and several files include formatting adjustments (e.g., spacing, commas, and multi-line arrays) for improved readability of dependency declarations.

Changes

File(s) Change Summary
packages/rs-drive-abci/Cargo.toml, packages/rs-platform-serialization/Cargo.toml, packages/rs-platform-value/Cargo.toml, packages/simple-signer/Cargo.toml, packages/strategy-tests/Cargo.toml, packages/wasm-dpp/Cargo.toml Updated bincode dependency version from a loose specification (e.g. "2.0.0-rc.3") to an exact match ("=2.0.0-rc.3").
packages/rs-dpp/Cargo.toml, packages/rs-drive-proof-verifier/Cargo.toml, packages/rs-drive/Cargo.toml, packages/rs-platform-version/Cargo.toml Enforced the exact bincode version and applied additional modifications: introduced bincode_derive in rs-dpp, standardized formatting for grovedb-related dependencies, multi-line feature arrays, and consistent comma usage.

Poem

I’m hopping through the Cargo files,
Tightening versions with a happy smile.
Dependencies now fixed and neat,
Formatting crisp—oh what a treat!
A rabbit cheers each line refined,
Code so clear, a joy to find!

There are 3 ways to chat with CodeRabbit:

  • Review comments: Directly reply to a review comment made by CodeRabbit. Example:
    • I pushed a fix in commit <commit_id>, please review it.
    • Generate unit testing code for this file.
    • Open a follow-up GitHub issue for this discussion.
  • Files and specific lines of code (under the "Files changed" tab): Tag @coderabbitai in a new review comment at the desired location with your query. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai generate unit testing code for this file.
    • @coderabbitai modularize this function.
  • PR comments: Tag @coderabbitai in a new PR comment to ask questions about the PR branch. For the best results, please provide a very specific query, as very limited context is provided in this mode. Examples:
    • @coderabbitai gather interesting stats about this repository and render them as a table. Additionally, render a pie chart showing the language distribution in the codebase.
    • @coderabbitai read src/utils.ts and generate unit testing code.
    • @coderabbitai read the files in the src/scheduler package and generate a class diagram using mermaid and a README in the markdown format.
    • @coderabbitai help me debug CodeRabbit configuration file.

Note: Be mindful of the bot's finite context window. It's strongly recommended to break down tasks such as reading entire modules into smaller chunks. For a focused discussion, use review comments to chat about specific files and their changes, instead of using the PR comments.
