Eslint 8 is deprecated

Eslint 8 is deprecated. We need to update to recent version.

Expected Behavior

We don't see deprecation warnings and eslint works as usual

Current Behavior

We have a depereaction warning in npm audit

Possible Solution

Update eslint to recent version.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. remove eslint from the list

   platform/.yarnrc.yml
