SPA & Encryption Improvements + Dash to Fiat

Fix Single Page App issues with deploying to Github Pages. Fix Encrypt Dialog closing when the passphrase is wrong. Display Dash price in selected Fiat Currency. Add risk warning and source code link.

• Update SPA and remove Github Page Hack
• Display Dash value in Preferred Currency (DASH/USD)
