Hi,

there are several php packages hosted on GitLab at gitlab.opencode.de that currently has empty
"dist" fields in the Packagist metadata.

Context: gitlab.opencode.de is the official GitLab instance for German government institutions, initiated by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) as part of the Open CoDE platform for sharing open source software in public administration.

Details: It's about the projects of the TYPO3 based Government Site Builder the CMS of the German Government.

I think this is similar to issues #1464 (drupal.org) and #1126.

Would you consider enabling GitLab archive support for this specific GitLab instance (gitlab.opencode.de)?
