We may not use sha256 for every single ChatId.
As we no longer look to fully replace v1, we can make some simplifying internal changes with how the system works. While most of that is on server, some of the response codes and layouts (i.e. around identity) shift. Those changes are reflected here.
Introduce (and break/rename) two new streams: ChatEvents and Messages. ChatEvents is used to power the 'home screen' and other high level chat views. Message stream still exists as a way to get real time messages for all chat types.
