Use saved API key for URL-encoded links #95
Description
If an API key has been saved to local persistent browser storage by the user, make URL-encoded epivis links (those produced by the "Link to this view" button) use that stored key in requests to the API.
- this is related to Allow external API key specification #80 (and could even make it obsolete)
