Update straggling references to endpoints lacking current `pub_` prefix

E.g., `covidcast` [here](https://github.com/cmu-delphi/epidatr/blob/22d064aca62d7430796bec24a3f88b346a677b19/R/cache.R#L37) should be `pub_covidcast`.
