endpoint can be configured in sparkpost (config/services.php) options (sparkpost.options)

defaults to:
https://api.sparkpost.com/api/v1/transmissions

allows EU users to connect to sparkpost EU api:
https://api.eu.sparkpost.com/api/v1/transmissions
