This PR either fixes or removes broken links. I noticed a couple of
issues on Github related to broken links. While fixing them, found some
more.

### Issue location
Windows installation documentation - PowerShell command for extracting
Flutter archive

### Problem
The PowerShell command in the Windows setup documentation uses an
en-dash (–) instead of a regular hyphen (-) for the `-Path` parameter:

```powershell
PS Expand-Archive `
      –Path $env:USERPROFILE\Downloads\flutter_windows_3.35.2-stable.zip `
      -Destination $env:USERPROFILE\dev\
```

### Error result

```powershell
Get-Process : Não é possível localizar um parâmetro que coincida com o nome de parâmetro 'Path'.
No linha:1 caractere:19
+ PS Expand-Archive –Path $env:USERPROFILE\Downloads\flutter_windows_3. ...
+                   ~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : InvalidArgument: (:) [Get-Process], ParameterBindingException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : NamedParameterNotFound,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.GetProcessCommand
```

### Fix done
Replaced the en-dash (–) with a regular ASCII hyphen (-), resulting in:

```powershell
PS Expand-Archive `
      -Path $env:USERPROFILE\Downloads\flutter_windows_3.35.2-stable.zip `
      -Destination $env:USERPROFILE\dev\
```

For now, `./dash_site clean` can delete the `_site` output directory,
but in the future it will be expanded to run other clean up tasks.

_Description of what this PR is changing or adding, and why:_
This PR updates the URL for the [xz] reference in the Flutter
documentation. The previous link was not working, and it seems the

is now https://tukaani.org/xz/.

_Issues fixed by this PR (if any):_
This PR addresses the broken link issue by updating the URL to the
correct one.

_Description of what this PR is changing or adding, and why:_

Fixes wording in the "How do I create reusable components?" section of
the
React Native developers guide. The text previously referred to defining
a class component, but the provided example uses a function component.
This PR updates the description to correctly mention function components
so that the text matches the code example.

<h2>3.30.4 - 25 Sep 2025</h2>
<ul>
<li>We have improved the CodeQL Action's ability to validate that the
workflow it is used in does not use different versions of the CodeQL
Action for different workflow steps. Mixing different versions of the
CodeQL Action in the same workflow is unsupported and can lead to
unpredictable results. A warning will now be emitted from the
<code>codeql-action/init</code> step if different versions of the CodeQL
Action are detected in the workflow file. Additionally, an error will
now be thrown by the other CodeQL Action steps if they load a
configuration file that was generated by a different version of the
<code>codeql-action/init</code> step. <a

analyses, which will reduce cache usage and speed up workflows. This
will be enabled automatically at a later time. <a

<li>You can now run the latest CodeQL nightly bundle by passing
<code>tools: nightly</code> to the <code>init</code> action. In general,
the nightly bundle is unstable and we only recommend running it when
directed by GitHub staff. <a

Finalizes the consolidation of image assets across the docs site in the
`/assets` directory simplifying asset management and optimization in the
future.

Contributes to flutter/website#12405 by making
the migration simpler.
Mirrors dart-lang/site-www#6877 by switching to
the prebuilt firebase-tools rather than using it through npm.

Will simplify removing more usages of Node and npm in the future. Also
should slightly reduce the workflow runtime.
The staged site will fail to load the images until this lands, but they
should work once this lands and the images are in the new location.
Fixes #12410

**Before:**
- Wasn't opening the website by clicking on the launch button. I don't
have a screenshot of that as the app was not breaking but was just not
opening the webpage. I could not find any error logs in the emulator
logs. Only thing I can verify is that this issue persists on macOS and iPhone 14 emulator.

**After:**
Opened the website successfully

_Description of what this PR is changing or adding, and why:_
Bullet point about Tween animation at the end of the animation tutorial
was not complete. Assumed it was talking generally about the object
being animated. Could also be something like *...object properties being
animated* in this context.

_Description of what this PR is changing or adding, and why:_

- Suggest using the ImageFiltered class in addition to the
BackdropFilter class.
- Fix broken link to BackdropFilter page.
- Call out the automatically-filled uniform values when using
ImageFilter.shader.
- Change the example code to not set a size uniform value. As called out
above, this is incorrect and these set values are ignored.

<h2>4.30.7 - 06 Oct 2025</h2>
<ul>
<li>[v4+ only] The CodeQL Action now runs on Node.js v24. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3169">#3169</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>3.30.6 - 02 Oct 2025</h2>

</ul>
<h2>3.30.5 - 26 Sep 2025</h2>
<ul>
<li>We fixed a bug that was introduced in <code>3.30.4</code> with
<code>upload-sarif</code> which resulted in files without a
<code>.sarif</code> extension not getting uploaded. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3160">#3160</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>3.30.4 - 25 Sep 2025</h2>
<ul>
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3099">#3099</a>
and <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3100">#3100</a></li>
<li>We added support for reducing the size of dependency caches for Java
analyses, which will reduce cache usage and speed up workflows. This
will be enabled automatically at a later time. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3107">#3107</a></li>
<li>You can now run the latest CodeQL nightly bundle by passing
<code>tools: nightly</code> to the <code>init</code> action. In general,
the nightly bundle is unstable and we only recommend running it when
directed by GitHub staff. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3130">#3130</a></li>
<li>Update default CodeQL bundle version to 2.23.1. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3118">#3118</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>3.30.3 - 10 Sep 2025</h2>
<p>No user facing changes.</p>
<h2>3.30.2 - 09 Sep 2025</h2>
<ul>
<li>Fixed a bug which could cause language autodetection to fail. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3084">#3084</a></li>
<li>Experimental: The <code>quality-queries</code> input that was added
in <code>3.29.2</code> as part of an internal experiment is now
deprecated and will be removed in an upcoming version of the CodeQL
Action. It has been superseded by a new <code>analysis-kinds</code>
input, which is part of the same internal experiment. Do not use this in
production as it is subject to change at any time. <a
href="https://redirect.github.com/github/codeql-action/pull/3064">#3064</a></li>
</ul>
<h2>3.30.1 - 05 Sep 2025</h2>

<li>Update default CodeQL bundle version to 2.23.0. <a

</ul>
<h2>3.30.0 - 01 Sep 2025</h2>
<ul>
<li>Reduce the size of the CodeQL Action, speeding up workflows by
approximately 4 seconds. <a
