Option to toggle something like alwaysScroll and onlyIfAtBottom #1

Hi there,
just an idea for another option property. Sometimes when using AutoScroll I'd like to always activate the scrolling even if the user scrolled up. It would be awesome to just have an option like alwaysScroll that just sets shouldScroll to true.
What's you take on that?
