Removed ex libhead.Exchange[*header.ExtendedHeader] from Service
Dropped ex parameter and assignment in newHeaderService
Rationale: the exchange is already required and lifecycle-managed by newSyncer via Fx hooks; storing it in Service provided no functional value and created dead/unused code.
