To view the slides and/or run the examples without access to Cheyenne:
Workshop on climpred given at the National Center for Atmospheric Research on Wed. January 22nd, 2020.
- Connect to the JupyterHub served by CISL via https://jupyterhub.ucar.edu
- Log in using your username and an active project code.
- Open a terminal, navigate to scratch or your work directory and run
git clone https://github.com/bradyrx/climpred_workshop.git. - Open an example notebook from the notebooks folder and click "Python 3" in the top corner and switch the python environment to
CMIP6 2019.10. This will have all the necessary packages installed for the workshop.
If being done locally (not through binder or Cheyenne), run conda env update -f binder/environment.yml after cloning this repository to your workspace. All example data can be loaded through the cloud.
