Some of your rules such as expand_template are also available with the same name and interface in other projects such as skylib's expand template. Maybe you could provide a brief explanation about the main differences between your rules and the others similar as you do it in https://docs.aspect.build/rulesets/aspect_bazel_lib/docs/tar

expand_template here is superset of expand_template from skylib, supporting features such as stamping.

That's the kind of information I was looking for. Could we a such information to the such rules if they not yet there?

For many of these rules I am not 100% on the key differences that I would like to know, that's why I was asking.
