I updated the prices and precompile addresses, and import the latest VM test vectors. Now the VM gives the same results about any BLS12381 related calling as Geth
v1.15.0.However, the method implementations are still the old ones. We may update them later when synchronizing the whole repo. For now, they give the same outputs but may have some difference in performance.
