It seems that we will need to bump nock to v15 (atm in beta 2) since it adds support for native fetch
nock/nock#2183

Closing as we are on SDK v22 now

@myarmolinsky the only reason that we were able to bump to sdk v22 w/o this PR is that we now have a hardcoded override in the package-lock for an older version of balena-request.
This PR was intending to just fix the balena-request bump (and unblock bumping to sdk v22 w/o overrides).
