Cucumber will emit meta information in reports, such as OS, node-version, etc. This can be seen [here](https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-js/blob/18a86f3d5cef41b9eefd4b26001b5a47028bfb1b/src/cli/helpers.ts#L104-L122). This library should emit similar information.
