Compatibility with AWS Lambda Python Runtime Interface Client

Without applying the various patches to aws-lambda-cpp from awslambdaric, compiling awslambdaric from sources will fail with a number of errors.

This means we need to maintain our own fork of aws-lambda-cpp with those patches so we can compile awslambdaric.

Want to start a discussion to see if there is any plan to sync these repos for compatibility so customers don't need to maintain their own implementations.

Looked at patches and they all look good to me.

I don't have any control on merging stuff anymore. But you should definitely create a pull request (or a few) with those patches.
