Implement the DataProtectionPolicy as part of the Topic L2 construct

Use Case

Would like to add Data Protection Policies to protect SNS Topics. To do so I have to utilize escape hatches every time or create custom constructs.

Hey @kaiz-io, 👋 thank you for filing this feature request. This would make a great addition to SNS L2 construct. From the top of my head and reviewing the documentation example: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/sns-message-data-protection-examples.html

we could look into implement DataProtectionPolicy similar to aws-logs DataProtectionPolicy

The CDK team will dive into this implementation. Additionally, we do accept new pull requests on this repository as well.
