Description of changes:
The numbering of labs and pages within were not correct and things were out of order. I tidied that up so it's more consistent.
Then I've added a lab for cost controls using SLURM accounting - I need this for a few customers who have requested details on how to do this. This is based on the ISC workshop with a few modifications to bring it up to date with AWS ParallelCluster 3.10, and fix a couple of things that didn't work at ISC.
