Migrate `community` scripts to appropriate repositories

The purpose of the `community` repo is to host the documentation for ACK, not to contain any scripts or data for the project. This issue aims to clean up the `scripts/` directory (and any other pollutant) from the repository and migrate each file to their more appropriate repositories.
