Support for SecretKeyReference updates

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We need to update the CRDs whenever there is an update to SecretKeyReference. Without this CRDS would not be reconciled with the new secret information.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can implement a watcher which can track SecretKey updates and re-queue.
