Allows to prevent clients from having breaking changes in the future. Move wrapper source location up in the documentation and specify Vue version so that the developers won't be confused.

Specifying MathLive version helps to prevent clients from having breaking changes in the future. For example, when Vue 2 is updated to Vue 3, the API of the component is changed, etc.
Move the wrapper source location up in the documentation and specify the compatible Vue version so that the developers need to read less documentation and code to understand this project.
