I'm not able to test this due to arduino/avrdude-build-script#25... I'm trying to find a workaround for that. |

I won't have access to any AVR-DB hardware until
tomorrowThursday (shipping was delayed) so I can't test the output, but the built compiler seems to work fine. downloads.arduino.cc doesn't have 3.6.2 yet, so I added the ability to overrideSOURCES_README. To test this PR, you can download and extract the source download yourself and use something likeSOURCES_README="$(< SOURCES.README)".Closes #70
