Update Language Version to 8.0 on Appium.Net.csproj

In order to support default interface implementations, we need to update the project to use langVersion 8.0

This can be done by navigating to the documentation section on http://appium.io selecting the appropriate command/endpoint and clicking the 'Edit this doc' link to update the C# example

So, it seems it won't help after all since default implementation is not supported on .Net framework . But still it wouldn't hurt to update the version language
