datafusion-examples CI run is failing: `final link failed: No space left on device`

This CI test is failing intermittently on main

 = note: /usr/bin/ld: final link failed: No space left on device
          collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

To Reproduce

Make a PR on main

For example:

I think this started happening with
#11174

My personal hope / plan to fix this issue is to remove some of the datafusion examples, and inline them into the user guide, as shown in #11178
