G'day Andrew,
I dusted off a 3 year old project on the weekend. When I updated the TypeScript compiler, I started hitting this issue

... which necessitated me upgrading from Cassette 2.0. The Cassette nuget packages I pulled for the updates killed my project dead. I believe that I tracked it down to what's changed in the attached commits. Sorry about all the VS noise. I tried to break it out into a separate commit.
Not sure if you want to update the main source.
Thanks for all your work on what's a great project.
