feat: Allow that createdAt field in Certificate be 0 #801

Feature Request
The CreatedAt field is not longer in metadata. So the certificates that are comming from Agglayer we don't known this value, so it must be set to 0.
In the logs we have to prevent this case to avoid emmiting a log with a wrong time calculation
