removed this line as it's unused

I think https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualization/windowscontainers/deploy-containers/base-image-lifecycle is probably a better reference for the container images specifically 😇 |

(I struggled with this same question when I did docker-library/official-images#18143, and opted, at least for now, to continue to support it as long as GitHub still does for DOI and images we maintain directly 🙈) |

@KlwntSingh Given the limited number of customers using this combination and to reduce our maintenance burden, we won't be returning this support to Adoptium. We recommend that you start with the DockerFiles in this PR and maintain the set you need internally. |
Servercore 1809 reached EOL in October 13, 2020 so we should probably remove them.
