Differences between 0.3 and 0.4?

The pre-git version (0.3) was working fine as I could do a 'curl -x localhost:8080 ' to proxy requests. However, with the latest on github, curl fails with connection refused errors. Are there any known issues?

I was looking at this last night, actually, and I think it's because the current main line is binding to the local network address instead of "any" address 0.0.0.0 -- so it's probably 192.168.1.2 or whatever the local network address of the machine is. I'm adding SSL/TLS support, and I have a change I'll be committing with that code to revert back to binding to "any" address by default.
