Upgrade ESP-IDF to at least v5.3.2 to support v1.0 of ESP32-P4 chip #9917

From discussion in #9915: v1.0 of ESP32-P4 does not work with our current choice of v5.3.1 for ESP-iDF. Thanks @ralphrmartin and @RetiredWizard for reseach and testing.
