Update website docs for pre-v1 public API changes

Add them to the WIP docs PR ably/docs#2868 (the changes there are other ones that don't cover anything from the checklist below).

• for the fluency updates of [ECO-5577] Update method names in line with Swift guidelines #379
• for QueryOptions to HistoryParams of [ECO-5577] Rename QueryOptions to HistoryParams #380 (not sure if there's anything to do there)
• AsyncSequence class / history name changes of [ECO-5577] Make MessageSubscriptionAsyncSequence API consistent #381 (not sure if there's anything to do here)
• for all the JS alignment changes resulting from Align with JS API #386
  • [ECO-5577] Some alignment with JS public API #387
  • Update and delete now accept serial instead of the message object #415
  • more to come
• Change Rooms get/release parameter labels #420
• presence: remove event filter #403
• [ECO-5602] Make Room's status API consistent with Connection and JS #408 — no changes needed to docs, from what I can see
• update version number in guides to 0.9.0
• update version number in guides to 1.0.0 — @AndyTWF's done this
• ditto in website repo — @AndyTWF's doing this
