Bumped deps to work with 1.9, including new freactive.core

Trying to dust this off to support some incanter development.

Turns out a lot of stuff is incompatible with 1.9. So I fixed that.
Namely, getting rid of potemkin dep (only pulling in code for import-vars).

Tests pass, demo works on mine.

I bumped this to 0.2.1-SNAPSHOT.

Hi Tom, thanks for getting to these patches.

These projects are really in need of a maintainer. I'm fine merging them as is, but don't really have time to do much else myself. Since you're using them and making updates, would you be interested in just taking over these projects?

I'm striking while the iron is hot at the moment, don't know how long that'll last :) Trying to get a little web-view browser built (for rendering vega plots from oz) and I remembered working with your library 1.5 years back and reproducing a minimal example. I'm kind of depth-first-searching to get the minimal functionality (for now) then maybe moving on. I don't have a complete grasp of the depth of work (particularly the blend of java, cljs, clr, etc.) either....
