Transition the regex/exception JSON file to Yoast/YoastSEO.js-premium-configuration #1758
Description
We need to remove the currently available JSON file with all regexes and exception lists for English from the YoastSEO.js and commit it to the new repo Yoast/YoastSEO.js-premium-configuration. Make sure to remove the original commit to the YoastSEO.js.
