Refactor TitleKeyword assessment to include morphology #1638
Description
We need to refactor the title-keyword assessment to include matches of the morphological forms of words. The assessment will now do:
- GOOD if an exact match of the keyword is found in the beginning of the title
- OK if all content words from the keyphrase are in the title (in any form)
- BAD otherwise
