We're currently at 287 with:
Secure Custom Fields (SCF) offers an intuitive way for developers to enhance WordPress content management by adding extra fields and options without coding requirements. This plugin will deactivate Advanced Custom Fields or the legacy Secure Custom Fields to avoid duplicate code errors.

My first attempt would be something like:
Secure Custom Fields boosts content management with custom fields and options. It deactivates Advanced Custom Fields to prevent duplicate code errors.
