This page is outdated and references legacy WordPress (1.5–2.8) practices, including deprecated rewrite rules and manual SSL setups. I’ve prepared a modernized draft that removes obsolete guidance, keeps relevant FORCE_SSL_ADMIN and reverse proxy examples, and adds current best practices such as Let’s Encrypt, HTTP/2/3, and HSTS.
