Submitting the official Pepe (GPPE) ERC-20 token for inclusion in the Uniswap token list.

Adds Pepe (GPPE) ERC-20 token to Uniswap token list.
Includes token metadata, symbol, decimals, and IPFS logo URI.
Contract verified on Ethereum mainnet.

it has two issues
a)"Review required

b)"Merging is blocked
At least 1 approving review is required by reviewers with write access."
