Fixes #87
However, in pkcs#8 password encryption, hash algorithm and iterations values are fixed. I think it's okay to specify them in "options", but it seems to have a big impact on TypeScript type information, so it's fixed now.
If you have any opinions on policies, etc., please let me know.
