Enable tests disabled until the `TemplateString` is fully implemented in Validation

During work on [this PR](https://github.com/SpineEventEngine/core-java/pull/1562) we had to disable some tests because the Validation did not have all the error message placeholders implemented.

The disabled tests are in the following test suites:
 * `TransactionTest`
 * `EventValidatorTest`
 * `StandTest`
 * `ConstraintViolatedTest`
