Entrypoint.sh missing in NodeBase

Expected Behavior -

We wrap the entrypoint of NodeBase with our entrypoint.sh. We expected that the NodeBase Image provides an entrypoint.sh

Actual Behavior -

entrypoint.sh was missing

I suggest that NodeBase provides an entrypoint.sh, which calls start-selenium-node.sh
It's trivial, i can provide a PR.

Later today we will release new images with an entry point that wraps this line https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/docker-selenium/blob/master/Base/Dockerfile#L89

Fixed in the referenced commit and will be released soon.
