Suggestion: Small update to support Homebrew Cask

Hi @RoadToDream,

Thanks for the great utility. This app is super useful to add Open in Visual Studio Code in context menu.

I saw your comment in issue #10 about no longer subscribing to the Apple Developer Program. Given that, Homebrew seems like a perfect way to distribute the app.

Therefore, I'm trying to add SzContext to Homebrew Cask (PR #223190), but a maintainer is concerned the project is unmaintained due to last commit is 4 years ago.

Would you consider a small commit to signal the project is stable, not abandoned?

Adding a quick note to the README.md about the project's status would be enough to resolve their concern. Ideally, releasing a new version will be perfect (like recompile with newer SDK).
