How do you anticipate exposing this in RAC?

RAC would provide convenience init that fills the lifetime with lifetime(of: object). This in turn allows us to implement #331 in RAC to replace all explicit BindingTargets.

That said, it needs to take in consideration with the <~> initiative, since we might want to do it with value and action bindables too.
