Ship a ZFS DKMS package #9549

Qubes OS has ZFS storage support, but enabling it requires a third-party repository in dom0.
The solution you'd like
Ship ZFS as a DKMS package.
The value to a user, and who that user might be
Users who wish to use ZFS and don’t need kernel-latest will be more easily able to take advantage of its superior features and robustness.
