The problem you're addressing (if any)
Executable RPC calls are made via a shell script, qubes-rpc-multiplexer. This slows things down for no real benefit.
The solution you'd like
Have the C code invoke the executable directly.
The value to a user, and who that user might be
Users will benefit from faster qrexec calls.
