Add support for dependency groups

[PEP 735](https://peps.python.org/pep-0735/) recently [got accepted](https://discuss.python.org/t/pep-735-dependency-groups-in-pyproject-toml/39233/312). It can be used as a mechanism for defining Python dependencies for the developer environment without exposing them in the built distribution.

Would it be possible to include dependency groups to this crate?
