I am using OSX 10.8.3.

For me this is consistent across two different computers, both running OSX 10.8.3 and Chrome 26.0.1410.40 beta.

Safari shows a very jumpy animation ending in this:

Seems to be an issue with Prefix free in Chrome and Firefox on specific (older) hardware. Pushed a monkey patch.
